I guess he probably has used SEO or implants.
However, he looks good and not as much as Valentino.
Good size especially arm.
I don't think he just abused, also he probably trained a lot as much as pro bodybuilder.

i agree that it looks as tho he did put a lot of time into training. More so then the other jokers i've seen trying to pass off implants or w/e as muscle.But whatever he put in his body when he wasnt making the progress he wanted truely ruined his physique. Im sure he had a great physique at one point as it seems he has a solid foundation. Its just sad. The dream ruined the poor guy.

That pic is many, many years old. It's been posted here a number of times years ago.
All those are implants - you can see the implant outline in some of the muscles. it is impossible for SEOs to give that look.

Still... why would somebody go to such lengths to look that awkward? IMO I don't really mind the biceps. Tris and chest are a little much and the calves just look ridiculous. Too bad there are no before pictures. I agree he was probably in pretty decent shape to begin with prior to the 'enhancements.'
