curious to know for those guys who use calipers to measure bf, do you use the Jackson/Pollock 7 point test or the Parillo 9 point. My reason is im curious which is more accurate since there is a farely large difference in the outcome, the parillo method coming in almost 2% higher reading.

neither are truly accurate, but with practice you will be able to get consistant readings. This will give you a good way to measure your progress.

I know that some other types of bodyfat testing dont always use all the points you take. the ones i use are three point test, and you can do different variations of a 3 point test they should come out about the same if you are good at measuring bf.

ps have some one else take your bodyfat. didnt know if u knew that.:rolleyes:
