Yeah, I order about once every few weeks. It varies every time I order. Sometimes more 75% ground beef other times more roasts or steaks. I always get a few raw cheeses, beef liver, chicken wings, pork or bison. My goal is to try everything they have at least once.

What do you fried with these oils? i never immagine to read here that you use fats for cooking...sometime some fishes i understand or if you are doing a fried base for a sauce but i hope you don't use fat to cook a steak. The healtiest way to cook a steak is to cook it on a grill (i know, it smokes...)and when it's cooked put a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil at room temperature on it. Use an other tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with some wine/aplle vinegard on the vegs, a glass of red wine and you get only the best of mediterranean diet.
Anything that gets cooked in the cast iron gets cooked in oil, fat, lard, etc. Meats, organ meats, eggs, fish, veggies, you name it. As long as it doesn't burn I'm golden. Makes everything taste great and is healthy too. I'm natty so I need the fat for test and strength. It works.
When it smokes, it burns and that is when the healthy fatty acids are degraded... I'm pretty sure. But yes, if anyone knows with certainty, I sure it would be John, lol
The other 3 which were mentioned is avocado oil, which I mainly use for salad dressing (has a sort of funny taste when cooking with it...)
Mac nut goes in shakes, and sometimes I cook with it...
Grass fed butter I put on Ezekiel toast
I do most of my cooking in Virgin Coconut oil,
the other oil that I LOVE is red palm oil. It is loaded with preformed vitamin A (why it's yellowish red in color, has all the tocotrienols of vitamin E (has been shown to prevent LDL oxidation due to this)...just a great blend of sat and monounsat fats...I pour mine on my whole eggs that I cook in coconut oil..how's that for a high fat meal..haha
