I'm wondering who here relies on a total food based diet without the addition of supplementation?
I saw a guy I know at the gym the other night and he was looking a lot better than he usually does. I asked him what had changed and he has dropped the supplements from his diet and is now just trying to have little snack meals in the place of when he used to have his shakes throughout the day.
