Here is my thinking. There are ALOT of amazing dishes that can be made that would tast like you are eating a cheat meal. why do we torture ourselves with unimaginative diets that have us eating such bland food and craving a cheat meal instead of eating a ton of healthy flavorful food? If anyone would like me to id be more that happy to post a ton of healthy and verry well balanced recipies that are perfect for a bodybuilding diet along with the nutritional info for each meal.
