This only happens on chest days. First I start off with one main set on the incline. 3x warmup. The main set I put on 280 and I can do about 7 good reps but its all shaky. Next is is flat dumbell presses. I grab 130 and can do about 10 but once again all shaky. Do I have some under devolped muscle thats causing this???
