is there any drama with slowing down the absorbtion of WMS if i was to add glycerol?
PWO i wish to use 80gms WMS + 10grm Pepto Pro + teaspoon of glycerol and just wanting to make sure it will still be doing its purpose. I then follow that up with a 40grm protein shake 15 mins later.
another q:
could i also take another teaspoon of glycerol in my water bottle to drink during my workout? would be adding it to about 700ml of water
