Workout templets..ie excel program, etc..

Does anyone know of any good workout templets that I can use to type my workout programs in for friends?? It's getting a little over whelming anymore doing it the old fashion way, manually:banghead: It would be more beneficial to me to email my adjustment workouts instead of manually updating them on paper! I seen some pretty ingenious xl (programs) templets for nutritional regimes, so I figured someone might know some pretty good ones for workouts. Something where I can just type in my workouts and email them, or even just print them out. I would not mind seeing one that is already set up and ready to go. One that has a place for exercises, sets, reps, etc...Again, so I can just type my stuff in and go I am open to ALL suggestions..........

Check out bodybuilding.com you can download their workout programs in excel format. That is what I did just to get kinda a template down pack then I created my own using that template.

But I am an excel junky everything for me is in excel lol
