Seriously it doesnt get any easier than calories-in verses calories-out.
Maybe you can manipulate hormones to a degree if your natural but if one eats exactly the same thing and does cardio AM or PM I doubt there will be a significant difference over time. Its one of those old school gym myths that just wont go away IMHO.
