No you are a lazy fuck with mobility issues who cant be bothered to address them if you have this problem.
One of my training partner had this and he thought it was a congenital defect lol. Fixed him in 7-8 weeks totally. He went back to his old habits as he is too busy to do little mobility work and it got bad to where it was when i saw him after some time.
and this hand position does NOT cause impingement of rotator cuffs, AC joint, glenohumeral joint.
I read this and it troubles me that a lot of experienced people on this very board listen to and look up to this man for advice.
