yohimbine hcl, Clen, and synephrine

just a quick questions on these substances. From what I understand about all of these compounds (yohimbine hcl, Clen, and synephrine)they all work on the beta receptores in the body. I know that with clen, after a time of about 2 weeks it is recomended that you take a week off to let the receptores clear. are you able to use the other two, yohimbine hcl and synephrine, during this clear time? or do they use the same beta receptores?
