So I'm reworking my training routine a bit by adding/switching different exercises... I was curious what others thought about what lifts are best. What do you think?
 
Favorite and best are two different things! Favorite of course the Bench press.

Best would be squat and deadlifts, because they produce the most results on my lagging bodyparts.
 
Deadlifts for back (pull ups are very close second now though) , Ass to the ground squats for legs , incline Dumbell press for chest , side lateral raises for shoulders , strait bar curls for bis and heavy press downs for triceps
 
Favorite: EZ bar standing curls
Best: Squats.. Ass to the grass..
 
t-bar rows, incline bench press, close grip bench press
 
ATG squats, rack deadlifts, rack pullups and weighted dips.
 
Good old Rack Deads for back...We have a sweet T-bar row at my gym that I love..Its old school...Rev. Grip pulldowns

Smythe Incline and DB inclines..But we need heavier DB..Dips also for chest..Elbows wide !!!

We have a sweet Old School precher curl machine..Hits the bis great, DB pin wheel curls...DC fav !!!

Lying tricep exten, and rope pushdowns and dips for tris (elbows close)

For legs Leg press, and Hack squats (our hack mach in great, one of the few that doesnt hurt my knees)

Barbell stiff leg deads, and lying leg curls

DB laterals and upright rows for delts

ok that should cover it

deadlifts
barbell rows overhand grip (not t-bar or dumbell)
seated military using old school grip (bars touches top of chest and elbows are sticking out in front of you at bottom)
standing curls - barbell or EZ-curl
narrow grip bench
flat bench
squats somewhat wide, ass to floor
 
Dips...probably my most impressive lift and thats why its my favorite :)
 
Deads, and most recently db presses at an incline of 15 degrees, never has my chest had such an overall soreness to it as it does with this exercise. Like a lot of people I've had a hard time with upper inner pec thickness, this exercise has been filling it out like no other.
 
Floor presses for chest;
Deadlifts for back;
Reverse grip curls for bis;
Dips for tris;
Lateral raises while holding the rack to position my body at 45 degrees or so for shoulders;
Squat for legs
 
love them all
 
As far as favorite exercise is concerned - I'll have to go with sex on this one. I wish I could say it's my best too;)
