Smythe Incline and DB inclines..But we need heavier DB..Dips also for chest..Elbows wide !!!
We have a sweet Old School precher curl machine..Hits the bis great, DB pin wheel curls...DC fav !!!
Lying tricep exten, and rope pushdowns and dips for tris (elbows close)
For legs Leg press, and Hack squats (our hack mach in great, one of the few that doesnt hurt my knees)
Barbell stiff leg deads, and lying leg curls
DB laterals and upright rows for delts
