Once or twice a day on workout days and non workout days, an hour - hour half before workout or in the morning on non workout day, I make a shake with 6-7 raw egg whites, sometimes one or 2 whole because it fell in the blender, w/ half cup to 3/4 cup of whole oats, 2 scoops protein, d-aspartic acid, creatine, tablespoon of flax seed, half to whole banana, scoop of peanut butter, mixed either with water or milk depending if it's a lift day or not. Will soon start adding frozen blueberries when i go to the store. This shake is badass for fiber, cholesterol and blood pressure, amongst many other reasons.

It happens that I eat 12 boiled eggs a day, when on the mass, of course, eating them in such quantities is not very pleasant, but the effect is there. All these conversations about cholesterol and other negative consequences from egg fudge, in my opinion. I eat 5-12 eggs a day and feel great. Now I switched to quail eggs.

I used to drink them raw then i found out I'm only getting half the protein, so cooked eggs it is. I usually prepare a large omelette or frittata and portion it out.

I eat sometimes 5 or 6 Whole eggs a day and my lipid panel was very good last blood draw. My hdl was 92 which is fantastic.

Been trying to eat more whole. Egg whites are so easy but want a bit more fat in the diet while I do lower carb

Now, 8-12 whole, scrambled. Loose (snotty )

The more research I do the more I realize eating the whole egg is the way to go. I try for 6 a day.
