I recently stumbled upon a "day in the life of" vid with Brad Rowe. I got hooked. dude is crazy OCD about his training, diet and business

Would that work to bring up a lagging muscle or a muslce you dont have as good mind muscle connection with?
i havent researched or looked into it yet but i thought something like that COULD work. BUT, if it did everyone would be doing it....
