Wow Dennis James is getting dudes in sick condition. Whats interesting is dont recall seeing a thread discussing his methods. Guys talk about Aceto, Farah, Palumbo and alot of other trainers methods but it would be interesting to know how Dennis James brings these guys in so shredded and full. I would assume high carb throughout most of the prep, slowly lowering, fats kept low?
