Wow Dennis James is getting dudes in sick condition. Whats interesting is dont recall seeing a thread discussing his methods. Guys talk about Aceto, Farah, Palumbo and alot of other trainers methods but it would be interesting to know how Dennis James brings these guys in so shredded and full. I would assume high carb throughout most of the prep, slowly lowering, fats kept low?

From what I understand drugwise I know he is huge on lots of peptide usage. As far as high carb/low carb im not positive but I know he was claiming that he had Big Ramy eating 1000 grams of carbs a day at one point. Not sure if that goes accross the board though
