Pineapple is great. I think the enzyme is called bromalaine? (SP?)Its weird but I feel I digest beef the best. If you are having issues try some digestive enzymes and also pineapple. I forget what it is but pineapple has an enzyme that helps digestion.
Sometimes it also doesn't hurt to take a break from meat. Get a bunch of eggs in your diet and supplement with shakes. See if you can go a week or two with little to no meat. Helps clear you out I feel like.

Don't know if these are available to you, but ostrich, frog and gator digest quick and easy. Also, low fat fish and snow/king crab.

Tilapia isn't the only low fat fish out there. I could write down dozens of species here, but I don't know what's available to you.
I usually buy a fish we call Meca (I think it's some kind of Marlin to you). Just delicious, goes well with anything and can be prepared in any way you can imagine. I like stews, but my friends like it grilled.
It actually looks like pork or beef when it's done. Not fishy at all...
