it's like that saying, "you don't have to be faster than a bear, just faster than the guy behind you".Always run with the lame so the angry bear has someone else to catch and eat first.

lmaooo....can you not talk about "fighting" or violence for at least 3 posts???same @ fighting, I am very resourceful and learned how to palm strike and gouge eyes and pretzel people being usually stronger than them. I learned to scan my peripheral environment rapidly to find blunt objects and powertools if absolutely necessary. Amongst muay Thai techniques. Elbows and knees and kicks fools! There are not too many serious dudes at the gym I am at rn. but at "THE GYM" which used to be worlds across san diego you have pros walking around left and right. its wild af and humbling. milos and nasser frequented the one in PB in the 90s. Id like to knock out brad castleberry still, he is a pompous prick and with due provocation @ girlfriend, I told him lets take a walk when we crossed paths in sauna and he bitched out. Mental Midget. I should have recorded it. He is a beast (physically looking) though. My power is discombobulatingly devastating. I could feel his muscle tissues collapse under my force. It's ludicrous these mortals even attempt to enter my realm - Mike Tyson
I wish it was that easy for me, I'm in western Kentucky so yes I'm the most impressive physique in my area, there are a couple guys that are kinda close. If you are, switch gyms.
That's got to be PURE in Burlington.Lol, no chance... Not even a blip on the radar
There is these two... amongst many other IFBB Pros
Love that. I have trained at many gyms in NY and worked at a gym for close to 10 years. From what I've noticed is, the top guy or few guys at a gym get their ego stroked too much and end up compromising their training. I've seen it time and time again. If you are, switch gyms.
This is me hahaDepending on the day. Sometimes I am the only person in the gym.
Colliseum gym?Love that. I have trained at many gyms in NY and worked at a gym for close to 10 years. From what I've noticed is, the top guy or few guys at a gym get their ego stroked too much and end up compromising their training. I've seen it time and time again.
I myself got a second membership early on in my training. One of the few hardcore gyms left at the time in Queens. I'd go 5-8 in the morning and the first thing I saw was a guy doing weighted pull ups with 4 iron plates clanking. Much more conducive to progress than casuals gawking over a bicep vein.
was going to ask the same thingColliseum gym?
What gym is this?Lol, no chance... Not even a blip on the radar
