with such a huge importance placed on diet, for whatever the goal maybe(i.e. cutting, bulking), what are your absolute essential supplements that are taken on a daily basis? lets see a list of what youre taking, dosages, how often taken, and possibly a quick reason behind your use of that supplement.

with the supplement industry bringing in a billion plus in revenue, lets see what, how, and why we're taking these products.
 
I just use glutamine.. I use to use whey but after hearing so much bad shit about it. I threw it out and just replaced with a quick can of tune. Just drain and eat.

3.Waxy Maize startch

4.Quality Multi

5.Glutamine

take all the above on a regular basis but on occasion i'd buy bcaas, creatine, NO booster, CLA etc etc
 
LBA's- 7 drinks (1/4 cup with 10oz milk) throughout the day

Creatine- 5 grams pre and post workout

L-Glutamine- 5 grams morning, 5 grams pre and post workout, 5 grams bedtime

Omega 3 Fish Oil- 2,000 mg

Just recently started taking Energy X pre-workout and I'm very impressed
 
gotta have good multi-vitamin, i like solgar brand.
as for minerals, most compete with each other for absorption so i take them at separate times, and i try to use good sources. some mineral supplements have awful bio-availability
i don't really use many protein supplements, i like whole food. NOTHING makes me feel as strong as when i eat beef every day
 
synthetek makes a few products i love. couldnt live with out my lba's any more at all. cla, and meltdown when i am not using certain synthetek products or all together when i really want to cut down. cla mostly becouse eh i like it. then every thing else is whole food sources.

I love the SynthePURE and use it as a staple for my supplement regimen.
 
i avoided saying them becouse i know i will mispell em but here goes. i like the synthelesin, and synthetine combo. killer stack for cutting down. at some point in time i am goint to give the b12 a run. also i love the syntherol that stuff is amazing.:D
