Half a bottle a day replaces how much protein?

80g?

160g?

240g?

320g?

What do you guys who have used them think?

Depends. I don't need anything to replace my Synthepure. I don't think anything could.

Nothing can replace a good diet of animal proteins (chicken, eggs, lean beef)

i think its only about 80 g really..this stuffs main benefit is edible igf-1

Personal Oppinion....

I'd say it all depends on the protein you replacing. High quality protein, about 160g, average grade 240g, EAS from Cosco(limit less) IMHO. Some may say more, some may say less, but this is what I'm shoot'in for.

I don't replace any protein, I supplement what I'm already getting by adding LBA's.

Same here. Before I started with Phil, I was taking in on average about 120grams of Whey protein a day (3 shakes/40G).

Since I started using the LBA's, I have cut out all of my whey, and get in between 45-60 grams of protein through the LBA's.

I'm loosing weight and getting stronger, but I am also following one of his meal plans.

You guys will have to excuse my ignorance, but I've never heard about LBAs until coming to this site not long ago. I tried a quick Google search with nothing really coming up, but everyone on here raves about them. Could someone point me in the right direction for info and to possibly purchase some? Thanks.

do a search on here and you will learn everything you need to know about them and then some. phil hernon is the hook up.

oh and i was taking in 55g of protein 5x per day and replaced it all with 1/2 bottle of LBA's and got leaner while maintaining my size, went from 242 to 230 no problem, no cardio.
