12 weeks out from the USA's!!!

Well, I am finally at the put up or shut up portion of my prep so I figured I would post a pic of where I am at now. This pics was taken at 3:45am on an empty stomach with my weight at 269lbs after meal 1. I feel good with the progress I have made in this offseason and am working hard to continue to improve.

I am really looking forward to seeing so many friends that are also competing as well as meeting and sharing the stage with guys I have been looking up to for years. It should be an awesome experience and I can't thank IForce Nutrition enough for their support over the years as well as all they have done leading into this show.
