I'll have to take one of the actual injury tomorrow. Looks great (considering) Arm pic, weight was around 272-274ish. The stomach pic is today at 266. I dropped after starting work with a friend's hardwood flooring business.
Today in the logbook I managed 145 on EZ curl barbell curls for 6+3+2. Seated hammers 70's for 10+6+5. Triceps exercises are still tricky. Limited to mostly cable stuff. Wide upright BB/DB rows and machine raises are it for shoulders.
For chest I'm working with 50-60lbs on a machine incline press and a flat press. I'm just moving the muscle. Nothing to irritate the injury. It was recommended by the PT.
