I'll have to take one of the actual injury tomorrow. Looks great (considering) Arm pic, weight was around 272-274ish. The stomach pic is today at 266. I dropped after starting work with a friend's hardwood flooring business.

Today in the logbook I managed 145 on EZ curl barbell curls for 6+3+2. Seated hammers 70's for 10+6+5. Triceps exercises are still tricky. Limited to mostly cable stuff. Wide upright BB/DB rows and machine raises are it for shoulders.

For chest I'm working with 50-60lbs on a machine incline press and a flat press. I'm just moving the muscle. Nothing to irritate the injury. It was recommended by the PT.

so 12 weeks...you should be cleared to start some decent excercise with it right?

LOL... I was gonna say the same thing, Monster forearms for sure! Actually looking thick all over bro. Good luck with the full recovery dave.
 
Brad- I started training whatever I could ASAP. My PT's rule is "if it hurts, don't do it. If it doesn't hurt, go for it." Obviously still can't do chest of shoulder presses yet.

jalsmiley- I'm lifting as heavy as possible for everything that doesn't involve my pec injury. I avoid some exercises because you'd be surprised at how each muscle pulls a little bit on the other. BB curls are a no-no right now... but EZ Curls are okay.

Forearms? Haven't done ANY forearm work since I was 18 or so. I even use straps on my first warm up set for all pulling movements.
