Im on doctor prescribed HRT at 250 a week. its alittle high for hrt dosage from what ive been reading but hey, thats what he prescribed, so at this point ive been on since mid april. all my bloodwork is perfect evey 6 weeks when i get it done. heres the trick, the ass will work at a low dose, now take ur total calories in a 40/40/20 split, and add another 3500 per day. The amount of ass you take will effect how fast you grow, theres no doubt about it, but think about how your body works for a moment. you get on a cycle, you stay on for lets say 16 weeks, and you gain 15 lbs of muscle. the you come off the ass with proper PCT. after pct how much did you really keep? maybe 7 or 8 lbs. now if you double the dose maybe youll gain 25lbs, but guess what? when you come off you lose 10 of that. i know alot of guys will disagree with me on this one, and theyll talk about how they keep 90%of what they gain, but what i described is how MOST people do it. so why wouldnt you use the AAS at a lower dosage and still put on that same 25 lbs? the answer is diet and recovery. there was a great article i read (ill try to find it a post it) about how you body diesnt like to go past a certian limit when your trying to gain a ton of muscle mass and other than steroids there is one way that always works, a ton of food. Yes ther is a genetic limit but if you havent done it properly yet you dont know where that limit is for you. Im speaking from experience with this, ive only learned in the past year or so everything ive been doing wrong, and how unhealthy it really is. the average male produces around 4-8mg of test every day(i might be off on this one alittle bit) so injecting 250mg/wk is about 5 times what you already make. thats alot of extra testosterone! Use it! i really believe and some will agree with me on this, that if you gain a ton of weight, and don't maintain that weight for quite some time so that your body knows what it needs to do to maintain it,i.c. a longer lower dosage cycle, then your doomed to suffer greater losses of muscle mass. and most importantly YOUR HEALTH! we really dont have the full picture of what steroids do to you in the long run yet. Granted we know alot but we dont know everything! dont play with your health. and think of it this way, it wont hurt you to try it my way, so what of you only take 250mg for 10 weeks. If your diet and training are dialed in youll still grow. If your not happy with the results then slowly increase the dosage little by little until you are happy. remember saftey is the key here. a friend and i did cycles that you are suggesting, and at 29 years old he had a heart attack and a stroke, mind you he was benching over 400lbs and under 9%bf around 230 and 6 foot.
