I will be getting ready to do my 2nd cycle soon. My first was 500mg Test-E (WK) for 10 Weeks with Nolva and Clomid as Pct.

First thing
I am 32 years old
5' 11"
210lbs
Been lifting for about 9 years now.
Diet is in order. I am cutting atm.

The cycle I was thinking about is
Week 1-12 500mg Test-E
Week 1-10 400mg Decca
Week 1-12 arimidex .5 (EOD)

PCT Weeks 14-18
Week 1 - 100mg clomid, 40mg nolva (ED)
Week 2 - 50mg clomid, 40mg nolva (ED)
Week 3 - 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva (ED)
Week 4 - 25mg clomid, 20mg nolva (ED)
 
The reason I said 12 weeks is because I did 10 weeks on my last cycle. The 500mg (WK) Test-E alone was a good cycle but I wanted to add a little more than I did last time. I wanted to add the Deca this cycle to try it out and thought it might help with my joints also. Not 100% sure on my BF% but if I had to guess it is prob around 14 or 15% right now.
So what would you suggest for a second cycle?

That looks fine. Deca def. helps the joints and it has amazing anabolic effects. Enjoy & maybe through in some dbol. Read Big A's post on beginers training-diet-gear. That will help. Peace-

Also with that the Test-E took about 3 weeks to kick in the last time wouldn't cutting it down to 8 weeks be to short to really do anything?

Dad knows best, You should have started out with 200 test at the most, your first cycle.
 
How many times do i need to say it!?!?!?! I used To do some insane cycles,just go read some of my posts on less is more. im on 250mg/wk test e and GROWING! thats it. no deca, no tren, no HGH. eat my friend, eat,eat,eat then train, rest, and watch yourself grow like a weed.
 
No. It's already twice what's needed - a highly-aromatizing oral just gives lots of water retention and liver strain.

Then take 20mg of Nolva (Water) and milk thistle/liv52 (liver)daily. Then 2 weeks after your finished with the dbol- get blood work done.

Sure, there is a drug for every issue. Nolva isnt harmless either. So why take more drugs when you dont need it?

How long of a cycle are you doing on 250mg a week?
 
Im on doctor prescribed HRT at 250 a week. its alittle high for hrt dosage from what ive been reading but hey, thats what he prescribed, so at this point ive been on since mid april. all my bloodwork is perfect evey 6 weeks when i get it done. heres the trick, the ass will work at a low dose, now take ur total calories in a 40/40/20 split, and add another 3500 per day. The amount of ass you take will effect how fast you grow, theres no doubt about it, but think about how your body works for a moment. you get on a cycle, you stay on for lets say 16 weeks, and you gain 15 lbs of muscle. the you come off the ass with proper PCT. after pct how much did you really keep? maybe 7 or 8 lbs. now if you double the dose maybe youll gain 25lbs, but guess what? when you come off you lose 10 of that. i know alot of guys will disagree with me on this one, and theyll talk about how they keep 90%of what they gain, but what i described is how MOST people do it. so why wouldnt you use the AAS at a lower dosage and still put on that same 25 lbs? the answer is diet and recovery. there was a great article i read (ill try to find it a post it) about how you body diesnt like to go past a certian limit when your trying to gain a ton of muscle mass and other than steroids there is one way that always works, a ton of food. Yes ther is a genetic limit but if you havent done it properly yet you dont know where that limit is for you. Im speaking from experience with this, ive only learned in the past year or so everything ive been doing wrong, and how unhealthy it really is. the average male produces around 4-8mg of test every day(i might be off on this one alittle bit) so injecting 250mg/wk is about 5 times what you already make. thats alot of extra testosterone! Use it! i really believe and some will agree with me on this, that if you gain a ton of weight, and don't maintain that weight for quite some time so that your body knows what it needs to do to maintain it,i.c. a longer lower dosage cycle, then your doomed to suffer greater losses of muscle mass. and most importantly YOUR HEALTH! we really dont have the full picture of what steroids do to you in the long run yet. Granted we know alot but we dont know everything! dont play with your health. and think of it this way, it wont hurt you to try it my way, so what of you only take 250mg for 10 weeks. If your diet and training are dialed in youll still grow. If your not happy with the results then slowly increase the dosage little by little until you are happy. remember saftey is the key here. a friend and i did cycles that you are suggesting, and at 29 years old he had a heart attack and a stroke, mind you he was benching over 400lbs and under 9%bf around 230 and 6 foot. I got LUCKY, he didnt. if you want pm me with you diet and training and id be happy to help, and if i cant help, ill pm someone else who knows ALOT more than i do.

First I would like to thank you all for your help.

I understand that for a second cycle I should just do the test-e and I prob should have done less test on my first cycle than what I did. I grew a lot on my first cycle and I was happy with the result but I am just like everyone else I guess.. I want more....

tkav1980- what you are saying that I don't understand, is that you are saying there isn't a right time to use any other AAS other than test.

So I did 500mg Test-e (wk) for 10 weeks. Say I do the same thing this time or even do what you are saying and do half of that for 10 weeks. Which by the way I think it is a great idea if it will work like you are saying, less $$$$.. but anyway what about those other things out there, the deca, tren, EQ ext.... when is there a time to add those to the test cycle?
 
yes there is a time to add other compounds to your cycle. my point is that the best way is to always use the lowest effective dose. If you want to add deca or EQ then just keep the dosage verry conservative. if i decide to do any more than my HRT what i would do is go up to 500mg/wk and add maybe 300 mg deca or EQ. but adding those will only help if everything else is in check...i.e. diet and training. when i tell people all the need is the low dose test the point is if you can make that work for you then you really know how to diet and train. at that point you can up the dose and add compounds, but saftey is always the key here. its kind of like cooking...you can always add more salt, but once you add too much, its too late.
