Anyone have any experience with a 6 month Test Cyp cycle at 300mg/week with Eq at 400mg/week. I've run 5 similar cycles, but for only 12 weeks.

Any advice, tips or suggestions? If proper PCT is run, how is natural test production recovery? Thanks.

as bad as possible:(

my advise.....would be to break it up in 2 cycles
but then i would never run the same back to back
i would change compounds
 
I agree with Tenny, Ex: 12 weeks Test/EQ, 4-6 week PCT, then switch it up 8-10 weeks with 2 other complimenting compounds: (Test Prop/NPP.....Test Ace/Tren). Unless what you are going after is the extended results EQ is reported to have. If so, I may offer different advice
 
I ran a really long cycle once. It was the worse thing for me. It took my body about a year to recover. 12-14 weeks everything is fine, nice recovery. I guess everyone is different, but that was my experience.
 
I think if you really feel the need to be on for extended periods of time, you should simply do HRT instead of PCT just my 2ccs
 
Agree...go the HRT route if that is what sounds good to you.

Guys, this question is in the beginner's forum. He is a registered newbie and I wish him the best of luck but.......... We have no background (other than 5 cycles), age, weight, years training, diet, bf % or even goals. I think it is reckless to tell someone to just stay on HRT doses for longer periods of time. He asked about PCT recovery, so obviously, normally functioning testes somewhere down the road may be important to him. I did give some vauge advice below Tenny's post agreeing with his opinion, However, my advice to you my friend is to read Big A's sticky regarding basics for beginners. It covers the staples of nutrition, training, drug use, recovery, ect. Even for us vets out their it is a good reminder of what got us here in the first place. Best of luck

Can this be done without time off after PCT?

Thanks to everyone for your response and/or concerns. I expected the responses received. I was thinking 6 months was too long as well. If I must provide my background, here it is: I'm 31 yrs old, 6 ft 230lbs. BF is probably 12-14%. I've been working out regularly since my teen years. I'm a former Division 1 college football linebacker. I stick to a power routine of Squats, Deads, Cleans, Bench, Military, etc... with plenty of warmups and low reps (never over 5). I never went past 12 weeks with any of my previous 5 cycles and have always bounced back very well after PCT. I started a thread a little while back about cycling for football season and this is my main reason for posting this one. Some teammates (current and previous) have run cycles of Sust and other Test with Eq and Deca from preseason camp all the way through the season. I never ran a cycle during football and have only started experimenting with AAS a few years ago. I'm playing Semi-Pro now and would like to be "on" for the season. I just didn't know how pro athletes run cycles (say NFL players). It seams to be counterproductive to be "on" during camp and go off during the season. Similarly it sucks to be "off" during camp (when you're trying to earn a starting spot over a 24 year old) and then "on" during the season. So I'm trying to come up with a game plan that will give me an edge as well as keeping me safe. I figured I'd start here since I've gathered a wealth of knowledge from reading posts here.

The season is 10 weeks long. How about running a 12 week Test Cyp & Eq and starting two weeks before the first game? Then running the standard PCT after season? If this is okay, what would you recommend to help get an edge before I start the Test/EQ? I'm taking Creatine now as I've increased my power workouts and sprinting routines.

Your help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
 
Some do it year round. They're called pros;), when they're off that just means test 250mg/week.

Since you are not drug tested in semi-pro, EQ and Test C are an ideal stack either pre or during season. After knowing now what I know regarding your stats and goals, I would run the T/EQ for 12 weeks with HCG (and possible Anti-E if predisposed to gyno) during weeks 6 and 7. Follow that with a proper PCT for 4-6 weeks and then start back on week16 or 17 with Test Ace and NPP for the next 10-12 weeks. This is followed by a propper PCT. Try to time it out so that the season starts 2 weeks after your TA/NPP start. You will want to avoid Tren/ Mast, ect as they are really hard on your endurance. Again research on your own but this is how I handled a similar situation in my college years. You will have shut down regardless, however-this approach seemed to help my testes in their recovery.

Again, I am not telling you how long to stay on, just what has worked for me
 
bodybuilder friend of mine around 28 years of age competed at 230 pounds last year ht 5 feet 7 inches he did a bulk cycle for 30 weeks( which he started after 3 months after his competetion)

he did
1st 6 weeks 500mg sustanon/week
2nd 6 weeks 750 mg sustanon + 400 mg deca/week
3rd 6 weeks 1000 mg sustanon + 600 mg deca/week
4th 6 weeks 1500 mg sustanon
5th 6 weeks 2000 mg sustanon

did 2000 iu HcG every 2 weeks +( 20mg tamoxifen citrate + 50 mg clomiphene citrate every other day)
his diet was really good started at 400 grams of protien + macros at the mid part he was eating over 500 grams of protien

as far as i remember he bulked from 220(shabby) to solid 255 pounds before he began dieting for the contest... the best part about his cycle was he never plateaued during the whole 30 week period....i do think he overdid the AAS but i suppose he needed to... as its his way of cycling.

he kept on increasing the dosage and the food during the whole period
i saw him lifting some crazy wts 600 pounds of squats 6 to 8 reps, and deadlifting 600 pounds for 6 to 8 reps, benching 450 x 6.... overall all of this achievements were very good.
