7 weeks out....

from the show im trying to requalify at here in GA. The NPC Coastals. The about 15 weeks out from Nationals. My weight is around 241, hoping to be in the mid to low 230s by August. Lot to get off still and still plugging and chugging. Me and the wife moved this weekend and more this week so its been a lovely one!! Hope all is well in Promuscl land... now back to work!

You my friend just won Supers at Jr Natls... I am in awe! And looking to take a nice swing at USA's... Which could be very well the swing you have been yearning for! Love where your head and drive is at. Your in a great place! Good things happen to good hardworking people and you my friend... got it. I dont know about kicking any ass... just beat the sad ass shape I brought here to Nationals last time.. Yes food is good here... I cant wait to see ya guys!

I got a lot of work to do to tighten up and get Dusty peeled... My back is still not a strong area, but just have to come in the best condition I can!
