My friend I am going to give you the most simple advice that you will ever get and I promise it works on everyone. As young as you are none of us can actually predict your future physique. This is a very important step right here. Forget about all supplements besides maybe a daily multi vitamin and save all your money and what you do spend, do it on good solid foods, real food. Forget the supps. For now. You can get everything you need eating moms home cooked meals 3 times a day and a couple snacks between meals. Hit the gym 3-4 times a week and train hard for 45-60 minutes and while you are doing these things save your money and read to get all the knowledge on diet and supplements and gear you can. By the time you are around 22 you should have a pretty good base to start trying some more advanced techniques if you are still working out by then, it will make more sense to you and you should understand the more advanced principals by this time if you are still training. That's what separates the serious guys from the zitty 18-20 year old juice heads doing it for looks for a couple summers and screw their sex drives up and can't get it up even if they are with their dream mate.
