I just started clen & cynomel. The cynomel are 25mcg. I took half for the first day. How much should I take a day and how long? Any help would be great. I just like to see what some other opinions are.

depends on what I'm trying to do...

for serious cutting, I'd follow the advice in Raver's article:

But just to keep fat levels down during a cycle and help drive a little more protein synthesis, I'd use 25mcg ED and maybe go up a bit to say 50mcg if I was still getting too fat. Of course I am assuming an adequate intake of FOOD and AAS along with this.

On that post it says to take clen and t3 for 6 weeks. I thought you were supposed to go 2 weeks w/clen and no more than 3-4 weeks on t3? Is this correct? So, if I am going to take t3 for 3 weeks should I take clen the 3 weeks also? Thanks for any advice=)

12.5mcg for 5-7 days (optional but recommended)

37.5mcg for 5 days
75mcg for 15 days
50mcg for 5 days
37.5mcg for 5 days
25mcg for 5 days
12.5 mcg for 5 days
6.25mcg for 5-7 days

thyroid functions will be shut down even in 3 weeks and there is clinical evidence that longer T3 use causes any greater "shut down" or difficulty in recovering natural thyroid function. This was debated at great length in the past, but there is NO evidence of permanent thyroid damage or shut down from extended T3 use. That's a point Raver made many, many times. So 6 weeks is no big shit. As for the clen, yes alternating it in 2 week intervals is good as the beta-receptors down regulate and become far less responsive to Clen after 2-3 weeks. I would recommend alternating the Clen with and ECA (Ephedrine, Caffine, Aspirin) or NYC (Nor-ephedrine, Yohimbe, Caffine) stack.

Thanks for the help!!!! One last question(he/he). Does it matter how much you weigh on the amount of mcg's you should take? I am 5'1 about 115lbs(female).

it matters. Jeez, why didn't you say that sooner. Of course dosage is to a large extent body weight dependent. No you should not use more than 1mcg per pound of Body weight (per Raver) and then ONLY with a shit load of anabolics -- which I seriously doubt you are on. Ok, well I need a lot more info before I can endorse what I said above as being right for you. In the future post your stats FIRST - otherwise we tend to assume you're some 200+ pound dude who's jacked on juice.

Hi Flex is there a certain date or goal you have ? or is it just to lose fat ? here is a cutting cycle I put my partner on

12 week cycle

use ECA as base over 12 weeks taken twice day

3 weeks : clen taken 2 x day 20 mcg gradually increasing as body becomes used clen

4 weeks : T3 20mcg split into 2 doses taken with ECA

3 weeks : clen as above

2 weeks : T3 as above

hope that makes some sense , looking at it I find it confusing

hey whats up sexyflex, even though you already asked me on the phone last night, you didnt trust my advice so you had to come ask some pro BB like BigKIWI, HUH??? hehe

anyhow, i wouldnt go over 50mcg per day like most were saying and with the clen just use it twice daily, but towards the end of the 2 weeks you might feeling its effectiveness downgrading, so maybe and extra tab might not hurt. just see how your body is reacting to it.

also i have to go pick up some cash from some guy i have been trying to get ahold of for over a month. he said he will be gone at 8pm, so i dont know if it will allow me enough time to meet up with you tomorrow night, he lives right by your parents house. i will call you tomorrow 4 sure.

Thanks guys! BIGKIWI-yes it is only to burn some fat. There really is no specific time zone.

ONe thing I am noticing right now is I am absolutely sweating my ass off during cardio!!! (I love it).
