I decided that I want to get protien the natural way a bit more, so I went to my local store and bought breaded fully cooked chicken meat (breast).
now I can't stop eating them!
Japanese labels don't list USRDA %'s so I am not sure how good or bad, but the fat is 5g
Sat fat is1g
salt is 480mg
carbs are 11g with fiber being .8g
protien is 12g
one serving is 70g.
these things are awesome with a slight soy sauce flavor.
one bag is 800g and it lasts me 3-4 days at the most.
I eat this 1.5 hrs before a workout and then immediately after a workout too.
hell, I snack on them all day at work too sometimes.
with all that being said, am I really killing my diet?
