Addicted to chicken?

I decided that I want to get protien the natural way a bit more, so I went to my local store and bought breaded fully cooked chicken meat (breast).
now I can't stop eating them!
Japanese labels don't list USRDA %'s so I am not sure how good or bad, but the fat is 5g
Sat fat is1g
salt is 480mg
carbs are 11g with fiber being .8g
protien is 12g
one serving is 70g.

these things are awesome with a slight soy sauce flavor.
one bag is 800g and it lasts me 3-4 days at the most.
I eat this 1.5 hrs before a workout and then immediately after a workout too.
hell, I snack on them all day at work too sometimes.

with all that being said, am I really killing my diet?
 
I eat boneless, skinless chicken breast at some point every single day!!! I love the stuff!!!
 
My dog is addicted to chicken. He will do what ever I say if I say the magic word "CHICKEN". Myself I am on about 6 large breasts a day I am addicted to the results chicken gives.
 
I LIKE CHICKEN TOO, BUT I DO TEND TO GET TIRED OF IT. I USALLY BOIL OR GRILL IT , DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY EASY WAYS TO SPICE UP PLAIN OLD CHICKEN BREASTS

thanks for that link... my wife and I get burnt out on chicken really fast. This will be something new to try.
 
I like to fry it in a little bit over vergin olive oil and add some low salt cajun seasoning simple and pretty good. I have to say I eat alot of chicken but I do tend to get tired of it.

bro, i have a sure fire cure for your addiction...

diet 20 weeks eating nothing but oatmeal and 2 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast a day and im pretty sure you'll overcome your addiction in a hurry.

not to say you'll not be able to stand the sight of it, but it wont be on your all-time favourites list anymore.

Take ur chicken, dip it in a milk/egg batter dredge in bread crumbs, bake at 350 for 45-1hour, then eat, u can top with pizza sauce if u like..

u can fry it too

Marinate in terriakyi grille

Make Fajitahs use low carb tortillahs,

BBQ chicken,

Chicken Gumbo
Chicken Jumbalya

Im on about five a day. Actually, my entire diet is copied from Ronnies book Hard Core. Im not saying its the best for me but it does work and because Im new to good nutrition, it was easier to just copy his meal plan until I develop one for me.

it already comes breaded, but sometimes I will use some olive oil and lightly fry it and then dump it really quick in teriyaki sauce, but then I get the urge to eat a bunch of rice with it.

I get tired of chciken easily,,, i prefer beef 75% of time.
 
I know what you mean about chicken. Thank you MR. FOREMAN for your fabulous grill. Man, I buy chicken breasts premarinated(lemon herb or fajita seasoned) and throw them on the foreman for 3 min. each side and I'm good to go. Sometimes I get sick of chicken and get that super lean ground beef. I also throw in some ground turkey to mix things up.

needless to day, I would definately need multi-vitamins to supplement a diet like that.
