Hey guys...u might have remembered my last post on my body not responding to steroids....im still not feeling a whole lot...but my weight is slowly going down and my waist is slowly getting smaller...which is ultimately what im looking for...so i guess its alright...only problems are:

1)Even though my lower waist is getting smaller...it seems like its getting displaced and going to my upper thighs because they seem to have definately gotten softer over the last 4 weeks of dieting...

2) Ive been sleeping alot lately...i took 2mg ketotifen be4 bed the last week so that might be part of it (im not taking it anymore)...but ive only been able to get by on 10-12 hrs sleep per night.

3)My body isnt responding to steroids still....i just dont get that same pump i used to...i was off for 3 months and went back on a month ago...my weight is slowly dropping but not veiny, pumped, like i usually am on juice, my cals are normal too...

4) my sleeping schedule is messed up...i wake up at 6-7pm and go to bed at 6-7 am...and i feel like my body is somewhat sensitive to light...i put up my hurricane shutters in my room so i can sleep in total darkness...the light just seems to bother me..

5) i never seem like i want to go anywhere because im always very tired and just want to watch tv on the couch or rest on my bed, when im not working out...and i dry heave now n then for no apparent reason...just from looking at a piece of chicken sometimes LOL...

Now my question is...does this seem like adrenal fatigue syndrome? Does my body need a brake from juice n working out? I know if it does im just going to get even fatter, im at 15-18% right now....so im not really sure what to do, but just keep trying to diet and stick in there...

haha, I just responded over at OLM, I would talk with Emeric but I would recommend Humanofort.

What humanofort does :
Clinical studies confirm that Humanofort contains biostimulators (oligopeptides) that are able to cross the digestive barrier. The most important target organ for these biostimulators is the adrenal glands. This is because the adrenal glands produce hormones like androgens, estrogens, glucocorticoids, mineralocorticoids, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. However, it is important not to overstimulate these glands since this can result in mental irritation, loss of muscle mass, and loss of strength. Humanofort is not an adrenal stimulator. Humanofort does not force the adrenals to produce more hormones. What Humanofort does do is to help regulate the adrenal output. Specifically, humaofort will help to regulate the 17-ketosteroid sulfates (17-KS-S) and the 17-hydroxycorticsteroids (17-OHCS). The regulation of these hormones has been shown to enhance tissue function, including muscle, skin, GI, vascular, nerve, and immune system function. Moreover, humanofort has been shown to positively influence lipid metabolism, protein anabolism, and memory, as well as many other physical and mental functions. Regular use of humanofort can also stimulate natural DHEA and testosterone production, reduce physical and mental stress, burn fat, promote more restfull sleep, and increase libido. Humanofort was honored and recognized by the european medical community in October 1998 at the 47th world exhibition of invention, research, and new technology held in Brusseles, Belgium. Humanofort recieved the silver award for new technology of finished product in embryo treatment.

very interesting...thanks bigman got ure pm over on outlaw..i will definately research this product...i bought some reset ad and dhea while im both using now n just started..but would love to hear testimonials on this humanofort:)

Good deal, I personally im on 400-600mg a day of the humanofort depending on my stress at work and also three Tribestan a day and will be ordering phytic acid shortly as well. Emeric will hopefully stop in this thread and will provide some feedback for you but if you do a search there is tons of information from Emeric. He is a good guy with tons of knowledge....

I think adrenal fatigue is in the same boat as sleep apnea where about %90 of us have it and just dont know. I wish there were more knowledge on supps to take other than humanofort that can really combat adrenal fatigue while your still able to drink caffiene and have stimulants.

AFAIK there's no such medical diagnosis as "adrenal fatigue".

Emeric? anyone else?

Can using steroids for a long time cause adrenal fatigue as well?? because BEFORE i was off for 3 months recently..i was on high amounts of juice for over a year...and did alot of dieting and bulking....for fatburners just t/3, dnp, not many stims just juice..etc...

and now im using 5mg yohimbine, 4.5mg albuterol, and 2 caps eca threee times a day for stims....with 60mcgs t3 twice a day...with 1iu gh twice daily...
(above is just fatburner stuff im currently on)

bump for more information

Yea, I'm pretty sure it's another 1 of the many illnesses that's been concocted on late-night infomercials.. And to the original poster, I can't tell you for sure why you feel like this, but it's quite obvious why you're not responding to steroids.. You said you took 3 months off and before that you were on "high amounts" for over a year.. You can't expect to just take 3 months off and bounce right back.. Hopefully you haven't permanently damaged your natural hormonal systems.. What were those 3 months like you were off? Probably shitty if you jumped right back on gear I'm guessing.. After having been on large amounts over a year, most would say you need a solid year off.. Be careful man, you may end up in need of permanent TRT.

go see a doctor

what the fock

you dont have one? do you have some money? goto privatemdlabs and get all the test you want and THEN diagnose yourself, obviously we have no clue and you have no idea and at the same time taking all kinds of stimulants on top of it which will screw up the test results and you will be more confused

clean out, get tested, lets be smart

First off what is "adrenal fatigue syndrome" (AFS)? No really I'd like to know what you think this is.

A much better conclusion could be drawn from the very things you've stated.
Looking at (1), why do you think this is occurring, and why would this be related to "AFS"?
Point (2), are you fighting an infection? Been sick a lot lately? Stressed? How was your bloodwork? Liver values?
Point (3), how is your current cycle compared to your previous? Lower dosages? Did you recover fully from you last cycle? Again, bloodwork? Free T-levels (current and before)?
Point (4), you state your sleeping schedule is messed up. That can explain almost everything you're concerned about.
Point (5), always tired and never want to go anywhere. Are you depressed? How is your current mental health and home life?

Instead of searching for the latest and greatest buzzword to explain what the majority of the population feels and buying internet magic pills to "cure" your "AFS", I'd say employ occam's razor.

Let's be honest, excessive exercise, harsh diets, fluctuating hormones, and maybe stressors in your life are the culprits here, but of course there could be other things at play. Acute illness, bacterial infection, fibromyalgia, poor diet (i.e. lacking fruit, vitamin C, etc.). Shit, maybe you even have Addison's disease, but who really knows. Not me, nor anyone on the internet. You obviously have some issues going on and self-diagnosis on your part doesn't seem to be leading down the right track in my opinion. Far from it actually. Do yourself a favor and go see a doctor. If you don't have medical insurance go to a free clinic.

BT-How old are you? Are you sure you arent sick with some kind of virus or something? Are you ever achy the day after workouts (more so than the normal achiness or soreness, but I mean full body aches etc.)?

I ask bc I am just recently getting over Mono and I experienced a lot of what you are describing....however, I have been off gear for years now.

I always feel kinda sick and achy when on gear. I too thought it was mono but after numerous blood tests it showed nothing. I think its just that gear will really lower your immune system so you have to keep it up to par. One night of not enough sleep or one time of chewing your finger nails,etc.. you'll get sick much easier than if you were off gear.

Your life seems a mess right now. Do you work a job that is night shift? Sleeping like that isnt natural. YOu sound miserable. My advice would be to get off everything ASAP. If you need to you could taper off slowly over the course of a month. You could just go cold turkey too. I would seriously get off everything and seek medical help. If you are feeling like that now there is no telling whats happening to your organs inside your body. Probably plenty of troubles in there. You do not want to end up having a heart attack or worse, like I did.
Get your life back now before it gets worse. The medical profession is there to help you if you find the right doc.

I think it is too..no i dont work a night shift job...dont have a job right now but looking for one...have an employment specialist that is helping me.

it seems like i started getting tired like this about 6 weeks ago...my diet started 4 weeks ago. Why would stopping the stimulants help relieve the tiredness?

What's also bugging me is the unexplained weightgain in my upper thighs..even though im loosing weight slowly everwhere else...and btw...i just woke up from sleeping 36 hours straight...i just didnt wanna get out of bed and deal with the tiredness and worrying about my unexplained weight gain/gaining in my upper thighs while dieting...now imagine if i actually stopped dieting, and stopped the juice like you guys are suggesting...id probably blow up (not in a good way) ...ughh...time for a doctor appointment....ill definately make one tomorrow so i really know what is going on...

I think your hypothesis about adrenal problems is a decent one, and I would have that tested. See an endorcrinologist. I have one helpnig me now and she has me on HRT. They will help you if they really beleive in the hypocratic oath. You would be surprised how nice/good some docs can be. You just have to drop your defenses and trust in them.
I would almost say that you have some psychological issues too. Id be willing to say that you have some personal issues too that are eating you up. Heck, in my life ive been through some really tough times and felt somewhat like you do now. I know it can wreck your life. There is hope though, just dont keep on starus quo. Its time for you to make some big changes.

Worse? Yikes..What happened to u bro?

Worse? Yikes..What happened to u bro?

Well, I had a heart attack and now have an implanted defibrillator/pacemaker to help my heart beat right and to keep it from going too fast. It once went too fast and I almost died. they had to shock me 2x to get it going. Other guys have died from their blood clots. Big Bapper just had one and now has crossed over to the other side. It is scary how fast it all happens, and how your life does indeed flash before your eyes. If you havent read my account you can find it here:

About you saying you're losing weight, but getting fat on the upper thigh - I would think that has something to do with estrogen, as that is a feminine area for fat deposition.. You running an AI?

And in general, I think alot of these problems come down to being on for over a year straight with high dosages, then stopping for a few months and crashing, and then deciding to start back up again.. You must have gotten depressed over those few off months (I mean after being on a year, who wouldn't?), and now having started back up without letting your body recover, you're not getting the results you want, and it's fucking with you.. Throw in the GH, t3, ECA, other supps, possible high estrogen - and it could be making it alot worse.. Sleeping ALL day like that for hours on end not wanting to get outta bed, that's definitely a sign you're depressed..

It's gonna suck but you need a solid year off everything man.. If not, you're risking further screwing with your hormones, and could end up NEEDING permanent TRT.. And definitely go to the Dr. and get a full blood panel done.. Whether or not you wanna tell him what you've been doing, that's your call, but you gotta make sure nothing is REALLY wrong..

I stopped all the stimulants...just taking the t3 and gh now for fatburners. hopefully dropping the yohimbine/albuterol/eca stack will help. For AI im just taking 25mg proviron twice a day...i realize you may be right and it may be a estrogen fatty deposit so im going to throw in 40mg nolva daily with the proviron, hopefully that should help. I think i may be a little depressed...thats why im dieting down a bit..i usually feel better about myself when im leaner....but ive always been like that. After reading Maldorf's post on having a heart attack at 38 and having been ON n off steroids for 8 yrs like him (im only 28 though), im having thoughts about doing the year off thing, my health, family and future def means more to me than the juice..thats for sure. Either way ill def make an appointment with the doc...

thanks for all the thoughts and opinions though guys...this really is helping me and i really appreciate it, going off for a year is a thought, but its a big one so ill really need to sit down and think about this...
