This may be a pretty basic question but how do I go about leaning up a bit? Im currenly 260 20% BF wanna get down to about 12-14%. Im into powerlifting/strongman so I dont really care if im ripped but I do wanna get leaner than I am now for health/endurance reasons.
Thing is Ive been bulking slowly for so damn long, something on the order of 2 years, that Ive lost the feel for how to trim down. I still remember the baiscs cardio, low carbs, right? Im not sure of the details though. Like I said Im not looking to do a show or anything so id like to do this slowly with as little muscle loss as possible and also keep my carbs and total calories as high as possible to fuel my workouts. Any advice would really be appreciated!
