(I think quite a bit of this was weight frome the rebound of my contest diet I was on)
I do regret starting as early as I did as well... I had been working out since I was 12 and I got serious about lifting when I was 14, but I didnt have the whole nutrition aspect down.... That and my natural t-levels were still up. Would love to take that back and wait longer till I did it, but you couldnt tell me anything at that point in my life...
