hi guys/big A every one ,ive been searching the articles and found out lots of interesting info ,specially about creatin and other things , im using ala 500-800mg/d as a post cycle from about a month and to b honest im not feeling any thing, no pump or any thing super??? am i doing any thing wrong or what? i here every one saying how it is the best and its gr8 !!! does it do the pump when we r on the stuff??? or just if we use it alone .....im really confused???? do i need more when im off or just 800mg ??? and what do u really think about it .peace
