Aldactone and cramping

This is my first time using adalctone for precontest and it seems to make me feel like my entire body is about to knot up. It also feels as if my nose is bleeding. Anyone else ever feel cramping while using aldactone and what did you do to stop them?

Today is Tuesday and my water intake will look like this the rest of the week

Mon 3 gal
Tue 2.5 Gal
Wed 2 gal
Thr 1 gal
Fri 16 oz

What else are you on? It may not be the aldactone causing the cramps.

To make sure it was the aldactone, I didn't take any other orals. Only the aldactone and the cramping began again today at about the same amount of time it did yesterday after taking the aldactone. It's the aldactone, I just went and bought some multi-minerals to see if that helps.

Don't know about cramps from this drug but cramps in general you might need calcium, potassium and zinc. As was said also a multi vit.

DO NOT TAKE A POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT WITH ALDACTONE!!!!!

THIS IS A POTASSIUM SPRING DIURETIC AND TOO MUCH POTASSIUM WILL CAUSE SERIOS PROBLEMS.

a mutivitin should be ok, but not a K supplement!

Yeah, I knew that and I think my body had to much potassium in it at the time. I'd eaten a couple bananas and had 2 potassium tabs a day or two prior to doing the aldactone. The cramping has gone away now.

It's a method I've used to get super dry that works pretty good. This time I've changed it up a bit to keep the muscles more full. I'm not sticking to the schedule listed above. I have decided to stop taking the aldactone and go back to my old trusty Taraxatone and now I'm back on track with drying out.

Wish me luck... I wanna bring home the overall this saturday.
