I would choose 300mg/week pharmaceutical testosterone, lantus, and 6iu GH a day...all billed to the Italian government!in Italy we have free health care for everyone and you can choose where and how to treat yourself
Yeah, and look at Japan's national debt. 73 times greater.Health care is one of the reasons I moved to Japan. My daughter has severe allergies and was sent to the Boston Children's hospital ICU twise for a week at a time. I was well employed with good insurance, but knowing that could get pulled away was scary
Here in Tokyo all health care for kids is 100% free until they are 16. When I fist lived here in the 90 is had the national health care which was very cheap. Now I am again well employed and well insured, but I don't need to worry if I get laid off. Also if I have a heart attack or something it won't cost an arm and a leg. No one goes bankrupt here over health care and I love that I don't need to think about it.
I'll admit, in the US a lot of the treatments are more cutting edge than what gets covered here, but if you want them, there are options.
For example when I had my varicose veins taken care of with laser ablation, I had two choices. A fined grain, newer laser was available but not 100% covered. I chose that as I wanted a faster recovery.
I also visit a private doc when I want someone for 45m uninterrupted - that costs about $100.
Japan also lets me import my medicine.
I pay about $30 for 100 tablets of Metformin, and about $10 for a Ventolin or Symbicort inhaler. These arrive with my pharma Anadrol and Anavar
I have excellent health care. My wife too. Come to think of it, our families and extended family all have excellent healthcare. Maybe because we work hard and earned it. Weird concept I know. The report is obvious bullshit, the type of garbage that will say that Cuba has better healthcare then us lol. Sure they do
On top of which whoever thinks this isn’t a political issue is uninformed. The healthcare system has lobbyists working around the clock to secure their self interests. Remember the guy we had that tweeted mean things? Yea, he wanted to flip the whole lobbying world upside down but was hated by both sides that wanted to maintain the status quo and keep lining their pockets. They did everything they could to get rid of him, now it’s back to business as usual lol. I laugh at most people, the useful idiots that they are. But that’s a whole other story. Carry on
If they only treated he with fluids then she wasn’t in DKAMeh my wife got dka one time (she’s type 1) and they didn’t even give her insulin just fluids and sent home, still sent me a bill. Happened again a few years later and they treated her with fluids and insulin. My opinion is totally depends on the hospital and staff. Just like everything else there’s shit ones and great ones
Affordability is crucial.
However, there’s a reason royalty, rich and famous come to America for medical treatment. If you can afford it, America doctors are far and away best in the world.
Reminds me of the movie Idiocracy! If you know where to look, and how to find them. Often times people don't understand or question enough to know what is actually going on.
There's a plethora of incompetent fools in the field as well; if you work in the medical field, you know exactly what I'm talking about
I wouldn't let some of these people write me a Tylenol script
More than just good doctors, we need basic education on biology, anatomy and statistics being taught to kids instead of European history, and Sociology at a young age. People need to think for themselves instead of blindly following the dork who scored dead last in his class, and plugs symptoms in an EMR to spit out a diagnosis

Even though your right. It's a hypocritical statement in a bodybuilding forum where people take steroids. From my observations most people do not take their own health seriously
I've always tried to be as healthy as possible while bodybuilding, I think being focused on health and making yourself as healthy as possible while bodybuilding is the biggest key to success over the long term. My healthy bodybuilding days when I was younger have rolled into a healthy anti-aging system as I've gotten older, but there is still some bodybuilding still going on. While I understand it might be somewhat unhealthy, it also has healthy aspects. My goals are health, longevity, and quality of life. Bodybuilding improves my quality of life because I really enjoy it.Even though your right. It's a hypocritical statement in a bodybuilding forum where people take steroids.
For those on trt from a doctor is different. But for bodybuilding is a whole different thing.I don't care what anyone says about low doses high doses taking steroids for the mere purpose of gaining muscle is not being healthy or taking their health seriously
Healthcare REFORM is one of the biggest problems in America right now. Affordable healthcare is important too but what good is affordable healthcare if patients are being provided the wrong healthcare? The medical school curriculum needs to be completely overhauled so physicians can be trained on nutrition, importance of vitamins, minerals, and hormones, etc, along with more in depth training on adverse effects on commonly prescribed medications.
It is a complete disaster that we have so much data that is ignored and even denied in clinical practice.

As long as you have health insurance you can get the best doctors. I know because I have them. I didnt have to do anything special, or be privileged by knowing someone. Im close to The Cleveland Clinic, and if I wanted I could go there and see the cardiologists. Those are probably the best in the country. Worst case scenario, I might have to pay out of network prices. Those prices arent much worse than in network really. Just a higher deductible and out of pocket. This is insurance from work. All the surveys I seen, USA doesn't come in the top 30 for health care. Sure you can get some of the best Doctors in the world, but not usually from your generic health care you get at work. These doctors and specialists are more for the rich who can afford the outrageous prices. But who are we fooling, USA for the most part don't care about their health. The obesity rate has skyrocketed over the years.

Yeah bro when I got stabbed back when I was 19 I was on my own so had to file for some assistance program back then but before that I got a printout of the bill. It was crazy, I specifically remember there was a charge $40 for tissues from the ICU that was back in 08 who knows what crazy prices they have nowAs long as you have health insurance you can get the best doctors. My last procedure was about $100,000 and I paid $5000. The insurance ends up writing off a bunch too. I think the hospital collected maybe $20,000.
The pricing is crazy, and doesn't make sense to me. I wish someone in hospital administration would explain it to me. I'd like to know. So much gets written off. If you have insurance, they write off the majority. If you are uninsured and low income then the hospital writes it off according to your income. Hospitals are desperate to get paid. In the past they have called me after surgery, once the bills come back from insurance, and offered me 40% off what I owe if I pay right then and there over the phone with credit card. I think they get stiffed a lot and they'd like to avoid turning it over to a collection agency.Yeah bro when I got stabbed back when I was 19 I was on my own so had to file for some assistance program back then but before that I got a printout of the bill.
