I saw an ad on a vet supply site stating that they would not sell injectable l-carnatine to bodybuilders! Are vet grade injectable amino's widely used? Are they safe?

see synthetek synthetine
I use an injectable B-Complex for cattle.
I wouldn't use anything that was waterbased that was VET grade. The production standards are way below human. They are regulated by the USDA and endotoxin levels are not monitored.
Making a product from powder and DI water and sterile filtering it isn't the same quality as using WFI (water for injection), clean steam and all the other things that go into human grade injectables.
It's also easy to OD on the B-Vitamins when injecting them if not careful.

Once again you prevail with the voice of knowledge and reason. Thanks for the tremendous light you have shed on this subject.
