Not really. I am more sensitive on bulk amounts of fiber, and an occasional chile/spicy food item, but mostly not. After my surgery for the first year, I was a little more mid-section bloated, but after some time, it kind of went back to normal. I do better with small frequent meals rather huge meals like some do for intermittent fasting.
Just recently, I increased my protein (mostly shakes) and fiber, and had some runny stools. I thought it may have been the whey protein, but am pretty sure it had more to do with my increase in fiber. DC sent me (for free at that) a pound of each of pea, casein, and egg white to try out for some trial and error, and I did well with all those as well.
I may not be 100% like I was 10+ years ago, but way better than I was the 3-5 years with having gallbladder flare-ups.
