Anyone use greens food formulas?

Have you guys noticed a significant change in energy and digestion? How do you mask the shitty taste?

I used biotest superfood and TP greens. I didnt really notice a difference I just eat whole greens now

cant really say if it works, but it does taste like shit so i just make it into a 1 sip shot and gulp water right after.

I use chorella tabs from swanson vitamins, definately think it helps cleanse the body of toxins and aids with digestion. Also works well for anyone that gets constipation, I have recommended it to many clients for that issue and every single one got loosened stool. start at 5 tabs a day and work up from there. Dr.Mercola has a great video on youtube about this product.

I notice a small difference.

My morning 'shake' is just leucine, alanine, and greens powder. Since adding the greens, I notice a subtle energy increase. Nothing like taking a stim, but a very subtle, clean, 'wake up' feeling.

I still get as many green veggies as I can throughout the day in addition to the greens powder.
