Metformin isn’t much more effective than Acarbose, if at all. Can simply take more Acarbose to balance it out.

The lifespan extension was in mice and in very controlled settings in three separate sets of mice. Sure it may not end up translating into humans but Metformin failed to extend lifespan in the same controlled environment in mice, and Metformin significantly reduces the health benefits of exercise.

I understand what they measure to make claims of life extension life but those are things that happen with aging not the cause of aging.

A by product is not a cause.

Theres never been anything to ever have been found to slow, stop or reverse aging.

Aging is not a programmed genetic process.

We can not measure how long someone will live in order to make the claim that xyz supplement, peptide, medication has extended the life of a healthy individual

It can vary a lot over different periods. I've used them for probably 12+ years. Shortest was 2 weeks (multiple times), longest was probably 7-8 weeks. Did not order during covid peak so these were more normal times. Average was probably 3ish weeks.

Haven't ordered in a while so can't speak to current situation.

I always reorder when I have 3-4 weeks left of something. I personally have never had anything take a month but 20 or so days feels about average for me.
