Apple Cider Vinegar?

Hey i was just doing some research and came across some people reccomendations for to use it.

Does anyone here consume it regularly? if so how often and how much and what are some benefits? I also read that its good for skin, i have pretty bad eczema at times and was wondering if anyone had any experience with it in that capacity as well?

dont know if it helps with the skin, sorry.

i do know my massage therapist recommends it to prevent lactic acid build up, which will reduce soreness post workout.

i usually use about 3tbsp post workout, watch out though, it tastes like hell

I used this for about 3 months for heartburn and can say it does work. My dad says it has lowered his blood pressure. Even his doctor was amazed. I don't know if it will help for skin but I would say give it a try. Its fairly cheap but its nasty as hell.

yeah if you drink it straight from the bottle its NASTY,,, but your supposed to mix a couple drops in a glass of water!... then it taste very good! (if you have good drinking water that is)

ive tried mixing it with many things. always made me gag. maybe im a wuss though :)

I typically slice cucumbers and place in a tupperware tub with Apple Cider Vinegar and a little pepper. I then eat on them for a week or so, a few slices at a time.

It gets better after a few days of drinking it. I just took a swig several times a day. Its pretty potent stuff.
 
I put it on my face before I go to bed. Def. without a doubt has helped my skin. Supposed to help clear out candida when taken internally.

I do that with a little sweet onion, diced, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Makes a very tasty salad.

I love the tangy taste of vinegar. Its very good for digestion too. As people age, the acidity in their stomach declines. Acid is absolutely the necessary ingredient to digest protein properly. Apple cider vinegar is a great way to regulate that balance.

i never knew it worked with heart burn...thats awesome because i get it pretty bad sometimes and so does my roomate
 
It helps the skin, I used to mix with apple juice and it's ok to drink.

i used it topically on my feet when i had athletes foot. burned slightly but worked well.
 
If anyone is thinking of using apple cider vinegar topically i would suggest diluting it for sure.I find 1 capful of vinegar to 3 capfuls of water works well.It helped with my Rosacea.

Works very well diluted with h2o for cystic acne on the back. Dab it on a.m. and p.m. and really helps clear up the backne. Good thread.

I read in an alternative medicine book about one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water would scrub up your arteries for you. I'll add that to my plans because I don't always eat well and a heart attack doesn't sound good.

Yes,or you can do the traditional dosage of 2 to 3 teaspoons in 8 oz. water 3 times per day.

What do you mean by traditional dosage? Is that an every day forever suggestion or is it a month a year or one glass a day forever or what? My book didn't go into great detail about it.
