Yea I get pulling the waist in, and I’m not arguing I’m seeking clarification as to how a waist trainer does this for an athlete and have you used this method, I assume you wait until you’re well into prep/weight loss correct?

walkers legs beat both guys they are taller and thick at the top but imo Walker wins every leg comparison in fact the knock on Nick is he’s too strong in the legs.

I just dont see it. In my opinion i like both samsons and andrews legs better

I've used a waist trainer before but not before competing. I think the best example of real world experimentation was probably Roelly Winklar when he used a waist trainer for an entire off season and prep after Arnold made fun of his gut on stage.

Andrew reminds me of a young emerging Phil, in that he is going to blow by all of these clowns with a little more time. That said, they said the same thing about Pat Moore and he is kind of fucking it up. Props to Clarida for holding his own up there all things considered. Personally, I think Ramy is done. He will never return to peak form. Those comparison photos from 2013 NY pro to 2022 Olympia are just wild.
