Yea I get pulling the waist in, and I’m not arguing I’m seeking clarification as to how a waist trainer does this for an athlete and have you used this method, I assume you wait until you’re well into prep/weight loss correct?You probably wouldn't want to wear it every day but alternate days. But everyday, whether on or off, your focusing on keeping the abs tight and vacuumed 24/7 all day.
