Damn....
I have gotten more email about whether I am going to quit with the boards and not train people anymore in the last couple days that I gotta post this up and let everyone know that I am only stopping competing and not stopping anything else. I am already back in the gym and will still train and eat right and get crazy lean. I guess I may have given the wrong idea in that I am not going into the gym only to socialize and do leg extensions and drink beer postworkout. I am still going to train hard but enjoy the time in the gym. I am still going to watch what I eat closely but if my wife wants to go out to eat I can take her out without thinking that I might not get the right macros unless I eat before I go and drink water at the restaurant.
I am still going to be functioning in the same capacity with TEAMSKIP and training clients both for the stage and for the beach as I always have. Hell, I might have more time to do more training, I don't really know, but I know it won't be less time and I am not going anywhere anytime soon.
Thanks and pass it on if anyone asks. Qutting competing doesn't take me out of the game. It simply gives me back my sanity. lol
