What do you guys use. I need a powder protein for during the day when I can't get a meal in.
I am contemplating between a beef protein isolate, and a 50/50 mix of egg white protein and whey protein. **this is not for post workout.
(and I apalogize for the almost double post. i put something like this in the beginers thred, but realized nobody ever goes in there, and I would rather the advice of someone other then a beginer)
