Best cycle for athlete?

Hey everyone, just curious I know there are plenty of opinions out there but what is your take on the best cycle that an untested athlete, lets say Rugby for my sake as I play and would like advice and ideas for future cycles. What would be the best stack to improve strength, endurance, and speed for an athlete who trains for it.

Current cycle for myself:
375 mg test week for 14 weeks
450 mg EQ week for 14 weeks
50 mg ED Oral TBol for 6 weeks
.25 mg arimidex EOD

PCT lined up clomid.
 
low doses on everything in sports you dont want to blow up. use winny and test or deca and test even all 3. to give you that edge

max test per week 500
max deca 300 per week
winny 50 mg ed
 
I personally feel high dose EQ (1g+) is absolutely amazing for endurance, recovery and decent anabolism. It also has low sides. The rbc/hematocrit issue is person dependent so do bloodwork, but EQ made very noticeable improvements to my cardiovascular endurance.

500mg Test
900mg EQ

This would be a solid cycle and nice and simple.

Learned a lot since this.

I currently would recommend 100-200mg test of your choice (I like low dose test e around 100 with 3-4 doses of 25 suspension) along with low dose EQ 200-300 tops. This with a gh or low dose peps. I would avoid orals other than Anavar for sports.

I wouldn't venture over 600mg a week at max with an oral included. Looking for mostly recovery, not size.
