Trying to get up early enough for a good shake. What do YOU drink in the morning? Who's got the best shake?

I like Nutraplanets Nutrapro protein.....very nice complex and tastes great too..~$35 for 5 lbs


I did just pick up some Body Fortess "shooters" from wal-mart for $1.60~ each....24g protein, no fat, 1g carb, 0 sugar. Dunno how they taste yet, but figured they should be good after fasted cardio or PWO.

I get up at 4:30 am and the 1st thing I do is drink a 1/4 cup of LBA with 8 oz milk, then about 5:30 am I start breakfast, since it is way to early to eat solid foods I drink a protein shake (Gaspari Myofusion) 2 scoops in 12 oz skim milk, fruit, 4 egg whites, creatine, glutamine and flax seed. :)

No shakes for me, I fix up some protein pudding. Eight ounces R.O. water and add TruProtein Milk 'n Egg until it's thick. Throw in some raw cream, a couple raw eggs, some nattty PB and maybe some chocolate LBA's.

It's a good 100 grams of very high quality protein. Fat is about the same. Keeps me full for about two hours.

The other day ;; Instead of frying eggs , I put 6 whole eggs with my protein shake;; tasted great;; with all nutrients;; it ran through me like a goose;; I think its something to work up to ;; I will try 2 eggs tomorrow LOL

your a crazyman getting up that early lol. Im def gonna try the egg whites, i never thought to add glutamine and creatine. I think i got some flax seed laying around. thanks bro

My first shake is:

1 cup oats
1 cup blueberries
2 TBSP EVOO
2 Scoops TP Whey Protein Isolate
Dash of cinnamon
2 cups whole milk

Good for about 800 calories and tastes good too.

If I have a shake in the morning it's usually

2 scoops True Protein flavorless Iso w/ choc coconut flavor
1 cup oats
1 Tablspn Chocolate LBA's
1 Tablspn Almond or peanutbutter
1 Tablspn Macadamia Oil
1 Cinnamon/Chromium Cap poured in

I thought pure protein whey - no carbs, no fat was the preferred drink first thing in the morning.

Or on higher cal days:

Peanut Butter and Jelly

Water or skim milk/water mix (half and half)
2-3 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats
2 tblspn Natural sugar free peanut butter
Frozen Mix berry blend
1 cup ice
same Glutamine, creatine, Beta-A

First thing; is 30g True Protein's BCAA Plus during my morning cardio. After I have 2-4 TBS LBAs + 25g whey iso, TBS coco powder and 10g cocnut oil stirred into a thick pudding.

Man it's not that bad but after doing this for almost 20 yrs it's a breeze. Plus I get a few things done in the morning before going to work, mostly my quite time to do things. Bet a good % of ProMuscle gets up early but back to the shake just throw everything in the blender than drink it down. :)

I get up at 4:30am and have 4 whole raw eggs + 2/3cup Oats (measured dry) with 1Tbsp Coconut Oil right away or immediately after my morning cardio. I eat the same thing every morning 7 days a week.

Hahaha!! On the weekends I get up, eat the above and go back to sleep.
