I'm using b12 now (not from synthetek, so I've to inject it ed). What is the best hour to inject it?
 
i would not inject before bed though. it may be just me but i notice that it gives me a little push for some time after the inj. i remember i did inject before bed once and i had a hard time falling asleep. just a thought to consider.
 
I usually take in when I wake up or before a workout but honestly I dont think you feel that much enegry from it. Doesnt even hold a candle to a 200mg caffien pill. I will take a shot a few hours before bed or right before bed with no problems.
 
Just a little theory I practice.....I am a fan of nightime supplementation. Here is why.......our bodies do some amazing things while we sleep. Like rebuild and repair, so I like to supply my workers with all the right tools to get the job done as efficiently as possible. Proteins, fluids, aminos, b12, other good supps. etc. They get into the system and really go to work While I have dreams of growing and getting stronger!!;) :D
 
The night time theory is good and I think holds alot of weight. But on the flip side wouldn't you also want your body to do it's own natural "thing"/recovery while you sleep with nothing to interupt it. I'm not saying your theory isn't good or works, just throughing something else out there.

Hey ARMA, have not seen you here for a while! How are you? Yes I do agree with you to a point, when everything is natty sure!:D But when using super supps I suppose it is all relevant!!
I do stay away from anything that would interfere with sleep though. Most of the supps taken at night are along the lines of aiding recovery and repair.
