This is straight out of Mick Harts Steroid Guide - Beginner Cycle. You obviously need to do a whole lot of research because if you are asking for a cycle critique without including a PCT then that is dumb.

Also this cycle will get you flamed... a lot of people are not big fans of dbol only cycles. However, I have heard that 30mg of dbol per day for 4-6 weeks with 10mg of nolvadex ED and then a PCT of Clomid at 100mg for 3-4 weeks (to make sure your natural testosterone is being produced).
 
I thought since the HALF life of dianabol was 3-4 hours therefor you can get away with doin nolvadex for PCT only..?

And ya it will get flamed but personal preference i want to try out a dbol only cycle.

second that. while your on it will be great, size and strength. when you come off, not so much...
 
I would make sure I ran the dbol in the morning early afternoon hours...If u drop the nolv, u will get more water retention, which will equal more strength, hence more mass...then hit novl after cycle...are u gyno prone?

naa im not gyno prone, and everyone says you wont keep gains but ive talk to many people and read many sources of people keeping the gains off dbol only cycle

if not gyno prone, I would drop until end of cycle...the gains u loose if u continue to train and eat properly, will only be sub-q water...Be sure to hit creatine after cycle, th is will pump water into the muscle..also, up your calories a tad during pct...

Lets see, dbol causes a ton of water retention,acne,hbp,decrease in natural production of test,gyno and other things. Why on earth take a chance at all of that for something you won't keep much of? Test is base of all cycles so run it and use dbol as a kicker. At least you'll have a better chance of retaining your gains with the test and proper pct,training and diet.

Why don't you go post on those boards then, and ask the "many people and read many sources of people keeping the gains off dbol only cycle" what they think of your "cycle"

Seems strange to me that will all those "many people" with all their massive amounts of positive experience, why you just didn't ask them how to run it, and why you would ask here instead...
 
Creation you can trust the advice here over the advice given anywhere else(for the most part) if it sounds reasonable and like someone is trying to stop you from wasting money or doing something dangerous, the you can bet the advice your getting is genuine. this board is called professional muscle for a reason. you have the best of the best here. trust these guys.

Got to agree here too. Long time ago I ran this as my first cycle ever and had that experience. My advice is dont do it.
 
You loose most anyway you slice it, however it's still a powerful drug that if done for 2 months you will make some gains. You want gains go for the bread and butter test e. or c.
 
i just dont get why everyone hates dianabol lol, I thought it was the breakfast of champions ;p
 
It is the breakfast of champions...lol....not everyone hates it, why you keep being told that its not a good idea is 1) no matter what youve read trust me the gains will disappear fast, ive taken your proposed cycle myself in the past, the outcome wasnt great. 2) i always try to tell people to shy away from orals for more than 4 weeks because its hard on your liver.

just curious, and this might help, why do you want to do a cycle? im not trying to be a smart ass at all i think if you honestly answer that question here we would all be happy to point you in the right direction. dont forget post all your stats. age, weight, bf%, training history and program, diet. if we know where your at and we know what your goals are youll be surprised how much help you can get here.
 
in my opininon and im sure some people will agree with me u shouldnt run an oral only cycle it would be a waste not to mention picking d bol u will most likely end up with no significant gains but then again u could be some kind of golden child who gains 30 lbs of lean muscle which I very much doubt sense ive never heard of anybody keeping alot of gains off of it without an injectable

im 6`2, 21 , 240, been working out since i was in high school but didnt really know what i was doing till about a year and a half ago which is when i got serious about bodybuilding. %BF = around 12-14% callipers arent really 100% but its all i have at the moment to check with.

Thanks everyone for your input i guess ill wait it out and do some more research on some other orals like possibly t-bol.

creation if your afraid of needles, and thats why you shy away from injectables, I'll say this: I was scared shit the first time I pinned. But it didn't hurt at all except for a slight pinch when it pierced the skin. It just about painless actually. You would be using medical grade needles and syringes so if you follow proper sanitary protocol you will be amazed at how easy it is.

Read up on a 10 week test c cycle. Dbol has it's place (I use it) but any first cycle should be based on injectable test, single ester, IMO.
