Buy the $20 Fortitude training E Book (which is an amazing program, and resource) by Dr Scott; you get access to his forum where there's a ton of info.

John's MDD site is amazing, tons of content.

Jordan Peters also puts out great content; he has his own personal log detailing everything; food, drugs, training style, and plan for upcoming competitions. Probably over 300 videos covering various different topics too.

I just don't drink any Starbucks, and subscribe to both of them :)

Jordan Peters has put out good content over at his site. His plans for 2018 is to continue to grow the site, with more video content yet.

JPs

JPs site also has Luke Sandoe, James Hollingshead, Corinne all who go over their protocols. Great training videos and logs on all of them. Well worth it.

Your not going to get training routines from Johns or JPs site. You are going to get priceless info and tips that you won’t find anywhere else. I’ve learned so much from Johns site. He sells programs separate and Ive been using his programs for the past year or so.

John puts up enough free bodypart workouts though so that between his site....and Mark Dugdales log on elitefts....you can pretty easily program your own mountaindog training. ive been doing it for some time now. And if you pay the 30 a month for the app.....you do get programming
