Either way your eating way too much damn carbs!!!
look you said I'm not eating fat, now you're saying I'm eating too much carbs,
they digest well for me, i don't like oily food because it doesn't digest well, i get my fats in and don't over do it.
only so much protein can be digested and used, i don't want to eat any more because it's a lot more expensive food source than carbs, i eat carbs to get my caloric intake in, i lose weight if i don't eat this much
you're all tripping out, the question asked was if anyone got better results with processed food with strength, energy, recovery,
you guys need to realize we are all trying to get to the same goal, no need to be salty and try to be negative, theres no benefit to that, the fitness community needs to be more positive
