I remember reading somewhere that "supposedly" Ramy has only been weight training for like 6 or 7 years total. I'm glad I saw this video because he was still pretty decent 6 years ago and clearly had about at least 5-10yrs training under his belt before 2010.

just big as F#$%... funny everyone hoping to see a huge kevin levorne and etc but no one and I mean no one has the genetic potential of Big Ramy... not even kevin levrone in his prime....
fan boys have gotten it all twisted.... don't think there is a bber pound for pound who has more muscle than RAMY. period. yet everyone is talking about a 52 year old guy making a come back lol.... I get it, I am a fan too, but I am also a slave to logic...
