Blood work concerns, just got results

So i just got my blood work results back. I got everything checked basically. All organ functions, cholesterol, blood, thyroid, etc.

Everything came back normal, my kidney levels were great which I was real excited about. The only thing that came back bad was my ALT liver enzyme. All my other liver enzymes were within range except my ALT, 103.

1. In may, I ran 6 weeks of Winni + Msten for contest prep. I used UDCA 500mg/day at the time.

2. I was on trest and tren until the start of august.

3. I started PCT in august and ran lipitor for cholesterol which effects the liver into the first week of September.

4. I was talking 600mg ALA and 1000mg NAC daily all that time.

Shouldnt I be recovered by now? Shouldn't my levels be normal? Is clomid liver toxic? I was fasted 12 hours for this blood work and I didn't work out for 3 days prior.

I just started UDCA again.. will run it for 4 weeks and retest. Should I be worried? Like i said, this was the only liver value that was off. Actually, the only value outa everything that was off.

Also, on average,

I take 500mg Tylenol 3x per week on average. I get really horrible sleep as I work 12 hour shifts 3x per week where sometimes I only get 5 hours of sleep and i wind up with a pounding headache requiring excederin.

I also use 300mg Adrafinil 2x per week on those days I get little sleep which is suppose to be a little hard on the liver if used to much.

Yea I'm probably the only person up as I'm covering the ER nights for a buddy, lucky me...

Those values are probably fine. ALT can be elevated for up to a week post workout. But go easy on the tylenol, orals and andrafinil. Just because ur not killing off liver cells at the moment doesn't mean your not doing damage.

I remember reading clomid is liver toxic .just a quick note ,a couple of years ago my alt was high (99) and my doc retested in 4 weeks and it was back in normal range .he also did a hepatitis test on my liver which was negative .i wasn't taking anything at the time so I can't recall why my alt fluctuated so much in 4 weeks .
