Word! Having long arms sucks for this game. Chest back and legs can all be great, while long arms are a battle to keep pace with the rest. But hey, if it were easy...

6'2" here, BTW.
 
I am 6'2. Been started training at 17 when I was 130 skin and bones, gone up to 265 at 22, now I am 245-215 depending if am cruising or blasting, bulking or cutting. I am not big by any means more like fitness model type physique
 
At 6'2" My arms are my best bodypart at 21"

Just wondering..what kind of training schedule you do for arms..like bis and tris have their own day or not and do you train them once or twice a week? That is something I have wondering if I should go to twice a week but I kill my arms on arm day.
 
A study I seen on a programme says that a 1" hight difrence can mean you need to cunsume a few hundred extra calories just because of that 1" that is before your metabolism comes into play, because the extra hight makes it harder to control your internal temperature so you need to burn off more calories . And only 1" makes a big difrence.

After back I will normally do just a couple sets of bize, same after chest- trize, just to finish them off.
A few days later, depending on recovery I blast bize and trize supersetting till blown. My favorite workout!
 
I'm 6"2 and I have buddies that are 5"5-5"9 and there arms are always a little bigger but I looked dive standing next to them.
